1. Overview

Vidro ("we," "our," or "us") offers paid plans and add-ons, including subscriptions (e.g. Pro, Lifetime) and one-time purchases (e.g. AI credit packs). This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund.

2. Subscription Plans (Pro, Lifetime)

If you are not satisfied with your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal, you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be sent to the contact email below and will be processed in line with our payment provider's terms (e.g. Stripe, Paddle).

After 14 days, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may make exceptions at our discretion for technical failures or billing errors on our side.

3. One-Time Purchases (AI Credits, Add-ons)

AI credit packs and other one-time purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been used or the product has been delivered. If you have not yet used the credits and believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your request.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to the address below with the subject line "Refund request" and include:

  • The email address associated with your Vidro account.
  • The date and amount of the charge (or invoice/receipt if you have it).
  • A brief reason for the refund request.

We will respond within a reasonable time (typically within 5 business days) and, when a refund is granted, process it according to our payment provider's timeline (often 5–10 business days to appear on your statement).

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer (chargeback) without first contacting us, we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us first so we can address any billing issues directly.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of paid services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
